The part-time Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and visibility of the company. This role will involve leveraging various digital channels, including social media, email, web site, intranet site, and content marketing, to attract and engage target audiences and drive awareness of our business functions.

This collaborative, entry-level role will entail working on digital marketing campaigns with the marketing team and require a fundamental understanding of digital marketing best practices, some graphic design

abilities, web development experience, and strong communication skills. Applicants should be a recent graduates of a bachelor’s degree program.

About the company: Paradies Lagardère is an award-winning airport concessionaire operating more than 720 national, local, and proprietary retail stores and restaurants in 92 airports across North America. It’s headquartered in the Vining, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. This position will work out of the Atlanta office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with social media campaigns for Paradies Lagardère, including both the dining and retail lines of business; the Vino Volo brand; and potentially the President and CEO.Help manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, engagement strategies, and performance trackingWork with the marketing team and any outsourced partners to analyze digital marketing / social media performance metrics.Monitor and summarize social media activity for our main competitors.Assist with email campaigns to industry professionals and internal constituents.Assist with web development projects, including the integration of the Tastes on the Fly web site into the Paradies Lagardère web site.Produce and proofread website contentAttend internal sessions and meeting with key departments and personnel, particularly relating to social media, web, and general marketing activities.Assist with the management and upkeep of the company client databaseComplete other administrative tasks as neededPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, email marketing, and content creation. Prior internship experience a plus but not required.Experience using Adobe Photoshop and other content creation toolsFamiliarity with CRM tools, Online analytics, and related programsComputer skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsOrganization and time management skillsStrong desire to learn along with professional driveCreative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.Experience working in a fast-paced environment or with startups is a plus.
