About the Role

The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for creating digital marketing campaigns, managing digital brand assets and reviewing marketing and communications analytics to provide thoughtful recommendations and solutions. Specifically, this role will be responsible for the development, implementation, and measurement of all digital marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing Analyst reports to the Customer Marketing Manager, who is responsible for the external integrated marketing strategy including business- and customer-specific programs.

Identify strategies and tactics to drive online traffic to the company website(s).Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive business unit activity (via social, website, email campaigns, CRM and more).Develop and manage digital brand campaigns to drive greater brand awareness and integration with Senior Brand Associate.Use a range of techniques including keywords, paid search, SEO and PPC.Collaborate with Customer Marketing Manager, Visual Communications Designer and business leads to develop new digital content and recommend tactics to leverage.Report on marketing KPIs like leads, website traffic and social media engagementUse analytics to measure progress and recommend website, marketing campaign and internal communications optimizationsPractice testing, learning and predicting and apply changes to increase effectiveness of tools.Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns.Support the broader Brand Marketing Corporate Communications (BMCC) team with digital data creation and value-added insight.Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking dataManage development of new webpages and content updates.Understand user personas, business segments, site maps and framework, user-friendly navigations, effective CTA, ROI measurement.Expertise in SEO optimizationPartner with BMCC team and IT in development of app and technology strategies for the company, as well as internal communication tools.Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.Develop robust knowledge of division businesses and key target markets.Develop and manage workflow processes for digital initiatives.Work with agencies / vendors as needed.Additional responsibilities as assigned / needed, particularly in areas where digital knowledge is valuable (IT Enterprise Transformation, apps)Minimum:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or related field.Minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media management.Proven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesWebsite design and strategy experience.Expertise in Google AnalyticsStrong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice including knowledge of UX and digital design principles and application.Understanding of brand standards and brand management.Digital content development skills and experience.Proven ability to leverage CRM for marketing and measurement.Ability to work with cross-functionallyEffective project and time managementHighly self-motivated and a self-starterWe encourage all candidates who are enthusiastic about his opportunity and believe they can contribute to our team’s success to apply, regardless of whether you meet every qualification.
