Position Summary:

Industry leading children’s consumer goods company is seeking a Public Relations and Events Manager to develop and manage Public Relations and Events plans in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:Work with agencies to develop annual PR and Events plans for multiple children’s brands.Serve as primary point of contact for vendors/agencies/partners to manage activities relating to:

PR, Events, and brand activationsEvent/Tradeshow planning and managementInfluencer and media outreach

Allocate and manage budgets based on annual company plans.Day-to-day contact for key internal/external partners to ensure on-time delivery of approved materials.Analysis and reporting of campaign performance with strategic recommendations.Develop assets for marketing use (including but not limited to writing product copy, scripts, and digital content).Requirements:

Must have passion for children’s consumer goods and entertainment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and project management skills.Deep understanding of public relations, social media and digital marketing.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, digital media, or related field.Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.Minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience preferred.
