The Product Marketing team at Lightspeed is seeking a results-oriented Sr. Product Marketing Manager to accelerate growth of the NuOrder by Lightspeed platform, and our integrated B2B retail offerings. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Marketing and working closely with the Vice President of Marketing for NuOrder, this position will: determine the go-to-market strategy for the B2B platform; establish impactful positioning and messaging for multiple products and audiences; conduct market analysis; gather customer feedback; and build and execute programs that support new business goals. Additionally, you will act as the voice of the customer and ensure customer needs are addressed at each marketing touchpoint.

As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will build influential relationships throughout the organization. You will interact with diverse stakeholders such as product, marketing, sales, customer service, partnerships and others in order to help accelerate the launch and lifecycle management of our retail B2B products.

What you'll be responsible for:Becoming an expert in the retail industry and understanding the technology landscape that helps retailers be successfulOwning the market research roadmap and gleaning nuanced market insights that will help inform our product and marketing roadmaps, hone our messaging, and validate value props for both retailers and brandsMaintain a deep understanding of our customers and validating user personas to translate insights into strategies that help support and drive our organizational OKRsDeveloping the go-to-market strategy for NuOrder by Lightspeed, and driving the planning and execution of GTM programs, with ownership of the results of these initiativesBeing the go-to person for messaging around our products and value propositionProduct partnership - collaborate on launching new products and features, and surface insights from customers and sales teams that help inform future product developmentSales and partner enablement - collaborate with sales and partner teams to develop materials that enable teams to sell and deliver new offerings to multiple audiencesDeveloping collaborative relationships with various cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Managers and leadership, Sales leadership, Customer Support, and production teams of creatives and automation specialistsDeveloping a roadmap of marketing initiatives that spans the customer lifecycle, from initial launch through product adoption, onboarding and retentionWork closely with Content, Design, Marketing Automation, and Product teams to develop creative and compelling content that resonates with our customersWhat you need to bring to the team:

5+ years experience working in product marketing, growth or lifecycle marketing, or similar go-to-market experiencePrevious background in SaaS marketing, preferably with experience in either consumer apps / technologies, early stage startups, or with exposure to small business audiencesStrong understanding of software products, the software development lifecycle, and the SaaS business modelExperience working closely with Sales and Product & Engineering teamsExcellent project management skills to lead and influence multiple cross-functional stakeholders to meet project objectives and deadlinesAbility to build, maintain, and manage close working relationships across a variety of departments and levelsStrong quantitative analytical ability and excellent written and oral communication skillsEven better if you have, but not necessary:

At Lightspeed, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skillset, qualifications, experience, and market data. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We reasonably expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $135,000 to $170,000 USD, depending on the candidate's location. Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. Lightspeed also provides a variety of employee benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, wellness, life and disability insurance, 401K plan and match, paid parental leave top-up, and paid time off.

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within the United States, and refers to the amount Lightspeed is willing to pay at the time of this posting, which may vary depending on the candidate's actual location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
