About the role

Our client is a recently launched beauty company in the direct sales industry, dedicated to building a global community through innovative products that inspire self-expression, confidence, and fun. We assist them in their search for a full-time Marketing Manager to join their team.

The Marketing Manager will execute the go-to-market strategy and ensure communications across each channel touchpoint. This role requires a self-starter who enjoys planning and creating marketing pieces, understands how marketing supports the sales team, is a great writer, can manage multiple projects, is highly detail-oriented, and can quickly become a contributor in any situation.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Campaign Execution: Hands-on execution of creative marketing campaigns from start to finish, working closely with internal stakeholders.Content Creation: Create written content pieces, including but not limited to sales collateral, email, and text messages.Marketing Briefs: Create integrated marketing briefs that guide the execution of marketing initiatives including field sales enablement, email campaigns, website/e-commerce, print, and social media.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Initiate collaboration across cross-functional partners to ensure marketing campaigns are integrated, thoughtfully conceived, and successfully brought to market.Presentations & Materials: Develop presentations and materials that showcase marketing plans to field sales and internal stakeholders.Marketing Calendar: Maintain the marketing communication calendar.E-commerce Management: Oversee e-commerce content management and merchandising on the website to drive conversion and enhance the customer shopping experience.Creative Briefs & Assets: Write creative briefs and create marketing assets across multiple channels and properties, ensuring campaigns are on-strategy, on-brand, and routed appropriately for approval.Email & SMS Marketing: Manage the email & SMS marketing platform (Klaviyo) with an email agency, design and implement advanced automation workflows, and troubleshoot technical issues.Data Analytics: Leverage data analytics to refine email & SMS campaigns, ensuring they are highly effective and continuously improving.KPI Tracking: Track the performance of KPIs, report on metrics and learnings, and make data-informed optimization recommendations.Event Support: Assist with marketing support for company events.Budget Management: Support budget management and invoice processing.Brand Stewardship: Steward the brand identity, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all consumer touchpoints.Occasional Availability: Occasional (few per year) evenings and weekends associated with company events.Skills and Experience Desired:

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on experience in marketing. Consumer goods experience is preferred and Direct Sales/Network Marketing experience is required.Digital & Social Proficiency: Digital and social native who understands the modern marketing landscape.Sales Collaboration: Proven track record of success in marketing roles working with a sales team.Interpersonal Skills: A "people person" who feels comfortable in the start-up environment, values communication, and builds lasting, meaningful relationships with internal partners.Project Management: A self-starter who can manage and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines with limited resources.Writing Skills: Excellent writing, grammar, and copy-editing skills.Attention to Detail: Fantastic attention to detail and excellent organizational and project management skills.Team Efficiency: Ability to work across multiple teams, projects, and priorities efficiently and effectively.Flexibility: Proactive, self-starter who is flexible and can thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Positive Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic with a team player attitude.Adaptability: Ability to quickly switch gears when new projects arise and adopt a "no task is too small" mentality.Set yourself apart
