Summary/Objective

The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing email marketing and social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our community, and drive sales. This role requires a creative and analytical individual capable of developing compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and leading a team to execute innovative marketing campaigns.

• Social Media Management

o Strategy Development:

§ Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth

§ Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure effective campaign execution

o Content Creation and Management:

§ Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics

§ Schedule and publish posts regularly, ensuring consistent and timely updates across all platforms.

o Community Engagement:

§ Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with the online community

§ Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, trends, and opportunities to engage with the audience

o Performance Analysis:

§ Analyze social media metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and follower growth to assess the effectiveness of campaigns

§ Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign performance against these targets

§ Provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement

• Email Marketing Management

o Campaign Management:

§ Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and product announcements

§ Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences to ensure targeted and personalized messaging

o Content Creation:

§ Develop engaging and persuasive email content that aligns with the company's brand voice and

marketing goals

§ Collaborate with designers, and other team members to produce high-quality email campaigns

o Performance Analysis:

§ Monitor and analyze email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates

§ Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and achieve marketing objectives

• Copywriting for Website and Blog Content

o Content Development:

§ Write, edit, and publish high-quality content for the company's website and blog, ensuring it aligns with

brand voice and marketing goals

§ Collaborate with designers and other team members to create visually appealing and engaging web content

o SEO Optimization:

§ Implement SEO best practices to ensure website and blog content is optimized for search engines and drives organic traffic

§ Conduct keyword research and use SEO tools to improve content visibility and ranking

o Content Strategy:

§ Develop and execute a content calendar for website and blog posts, ensuring a consistent and timely publication schedule

§ Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into content strategy

o Performance Analysis:

§ Monitor and analyze website and blog performance metrics such as page views, time on page, and conversion rates

§ Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve content performance and user engagementWork Environment

This job location is a combination of remote/work from home as well as in our Irvine office, in our store locations, at gyms, or in outdoors environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, smart phones, photocopiers, cameras, filing cabinets and other presentation materials. Some travel between a main office and stores to capture content, attend meetings, and connect with our team members and guests.

Travel

Some travel between a main office and stores.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or food and beverage industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Asana; familiarity with Slack and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A nimble and creative problem solver who is detail-oriented and can work both independently and as part of a team.
