Texas Health Hospital Mansfield- operates as a joint venture between Texas Health Resources and AdventHealth.

Shift: Monday - Friday

Location: 2300 Lone Star Road; Mansfield, TX 76063

The community you’ll be caring for:

· Join a family of caregivers focused on whole-person health and committed to making communities healthier.

· Provide wholistic care for patients that extends to the spiritual level by praying with patients and families. Chaplains are available to meet with patients, families and team members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide spiritual support.

· Help develop a brand new $150 million community hospital and medical office building that will provide services such as Emergency Services, Medical/Surgical, ICU, Women’s Services, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Interventional Cardiology and Gastroenterology.

The role you’ll contribute:

Responsible for managing communications and marketing operations, including maintaining the brand and image of Texas Health Huguley Hospital and Texas Health Medical Associates; developing and implementing PR and Marketing events, campaigns, activities and processes for these entities. Assists director as requested in the development and implementation of an annual interactive, systematic strategic planning process to ensure that marketing campaigns align with the strategic vision of the hospital.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Oversees the development of an organization-wide, internal and external communications plan that includes the development of all publications, advertising, and media relations.

· Ensures and protects the credibility of THH by consistent use of an overall brand and style.

· Works closely with the Director of Marketing to develop and enhance THH brand.

· Drafts executive communications, including for the CEO

· Creates copy for marketing collateral including but not limited to brochures, website, and advertisements

· Works with service line leaders to identify patient stories and other important information to be shared internally and externally

· Manages internal and external social media accounts

· Manages communication programs including Soundcare, Sonofi, and App Space

· Develops and submits budget assumptions, capital and annual budgets for the department.

· Manages THH Whole Health publication

· Manages weekly employee newsletter

· Serves as a back-up Public Relations representative with media for Director of Marketing.

· Demonstrates initiative in developing, implementing and analyzing quality improvement activities and outcomes of the department.

· Participates in daily Safety Huddle and other meetings as necessary

· Submits reports and requests for information by established deadlines.

· Represents THH in a professional manner to employees and community members.

· Promotes professionalism in appearance, positive attitude, and confidentiality.

· Participates in the strategic planning efforts as requested by the Director of Marketing.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field

· General knowledge of healthcare environment

· Minimum three years’ experience in areas of strategic planning, marketing, public relations, communications and community relations experience

· Experience with social media, design software, website management and media relations
