Synthetic ISR Scenario Design All Source/Ops Analyst (526th IS/Nellis AFB)Las Vegas, NVRequires US CitizenshipEmployment Term and Type: Regular, Full TimeRequired Security Clearance: TS/SCIRequired Education: Bachelor’s degree**Synthetic ISR Scenario Design All Source/Ops Analyst****Job Description**Apply all-source research, analytical skills, and experience to design, develop, deliver, and tailor synthetic scenarios based on 526 th Intelligence Squadron training objectives and system requirements.**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:**+ Research, analyze, and assess intelligence-related data to incorporate into future scenario designs and maintain realism+ Master software suites to aid in the production of synthetic scenarios+ Participate in small-force/large-force exercises+ Administer and enable facilitation of synthetic scenarios to customers via web-based software from duty station or TDY+ Maintain up-to-date order of battle and situational awareness of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures+ Liaison/coordinate with flight leadership and customers in order to meet requests and reoccurring deadlines+ Maintain baseline knowledge of US DOD doctrine and operational plans (OPLAN)+ Brainstorm with team members to create realistic scenario-based training for ACC training audiences+ Integrate PAI data in applicable tasks and objectives+ Take the initiative to update flight/team members on adversary tactics updates+ Brief scenario projects to flight, squadron leadership, and DVs periodically**Required Qualifications:**+ Six years relevant experience (with a portion of that experience gained within past two years) and a bachelor’s degree, or ten years relevant experience (with a portion of that experience gained within past two years) and an associate’s degree+ Strong verbal/briefing and written communication skills**Desired Qualifications:**+ Experience with problem-centric ISR and/or Analysis and Exploitations Teams+ Experience with structured analytic techniques (SATs)+ Experience in joint military exercises and/or experience working in an AOR, IC agency, or intelligence operations center+ EUCOM AOR experience+ Fundamental understanding of OPLANS+ Strong background in all source/research-related tools and databases**Education:** Bachelor’s Degree (or Associate’s Degree with four additional years’ experience)**Physical Requirements:**+ Sitting (70%), Standing (20%), Walking (10%), Grasping (60%), Reaching (10%), Near Acuity (50%), Speaking (100%), Listening (100%), Sight (100%), Use of Hands/Fingers (75%)+ Travel requirement: <5% of allotted hours_This position description is not intended as, nor should it be construed as, exhaustive of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with this job.
