As the Lincoln Retail Strategy & Content Manager your role is to lead all aspects of marketing communications for Top Market (Tier 1.5)/Shopper initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated Lincoln Top Market content that compliments National brand and nameplate strategy for luxury in-market shoppers. This individual will play a key role in championing a strategy, executing a plan for both content creation and operational management of key consumer facing experiential programs.We are the movers of the world and the makers of the future. Join us and be the eyes, ears and voice of Ford.**_Position is located in Dearborn, MI and travel is expected (less than 20%) to support content shoot responsibilities._****What you'll do…**+ Lead Strategy and content Development for Top Market/Shopper Media, Nameplate Content Running Footage/Sprints, Spring, Summer and Wishlist Sales Events following IMF process this includes competitive audit and pre-testing campaigns where applicable+ Ensure key marketing deliverables are created for Sales Event such as Retailer Playbooks to ensure field and retailers have the information needed to deliver a success sales event+ Manage the Lincoln.com MYCO content process and shopper assets supporting key nameplates+ Responsible for all end-to-end management of National Experiential partnerships which includes consumer facing ride and drive national tours, Hospitality Partnerships,+ Auto Show Events (Strategy & Execution) and Reveal Tentpole Moments (Pebble Beach)+ Works closely with cross functional with Lincoln Marketing and Field Organization (Lincoln Media, Tier I Brand/Nameplate Content, Brand Managers, Social, Lincoln.com, CRM/Owner) this includes regularly interfacing with the Lincoln CnI lead to ensure latest offers are being promoted in key demand gen. channels+ Responsible for managing and directing/managing key suppliers (Ansira, HudsonRouge, FordDirect)+ Support Lincoln Shopper Social content for key platforms (Meta/YouTube/OLA etc.) and delieverables+ Coordinator and Manager for Lincoln BCA Vehicle Fleet and process+ Ensure key deliverables are created for Sales Event such as Retailer Playbooks to ensure successful sales event programs+ Understanding of Shopper In-market campaign and program measurement methodologies (MTA) and be comfortable drawing insights to make data driven recommendations and ROI**You'll have...**+ Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or Business+ 5+ years of relevant marketing experience managing key Dealer Marketing Programs with Field/Dealer marketing experience as plus**Even better, you may have…**+ Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and project management skills.+ Experience leading agency teams and/or collaborating with agency teams (~8-10 agency heads)+ Ability to mange budgets and supplier PO process+ Self-starter with ability to guide multiple projects with limited supervision and providing project updates along the way.Luxury MindsetYou may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice.
