In need of a high-energy, detail-oriented, results-driven marketing professional to manage and execute the marketing vision of the CEO of Ciprani Consulting and potentially some of Linzee's other businesses. This opportunity will make you the primary voice and decision-maker of the company across the web and several other channels. Knowledge of building a brand, social media marketing, creation of drip campaigns, and management of them within the CRM, SEO, Google AdWords, and video editing are a MUST for this role. This person must have the ability to work well with others and alone, take and implement feedback, all in a very fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Main Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the brand and full marketing plan for all of Ciprani Consulting and all of its components • Oversee, manage, and execute the marketing plan for Ciprani Companies • Funnel sales/leads and marketing technology and systems • Create and maintain a social media marketing plan • Oversee all social media outlets • Improve and maintain the company website(s) • Create and manage the Traffic Plans and SEO strategy • Implement Lead Magnets, TripWires, etc • Create and schedule videos for YouTube and other social media avenues • Drive social interactions with fans and followers, and support specific content marketing initiatives, all while providing social customer care • Create all marketing for, and all details pertaining to team events • Maintain and execute current processes in place and develop and implement updates as needed • Develop, implement, and execute new social media plans • Maintain relationships with marketing vendors • Develop new vendor opportunities as growth requires it • Create and manage the bi-weekly newsletter • Help to create and manage all marketing for online events, coaching, and classes • Manage and present all scorecards associated with the marketing side of the business being able to tell leadership how many leads were produced daily, weekly, and monthly and how many converted

This position will also include the following administrative responsibilities:

• Help to maintain and order office supplies • Help to maintain the office space through the scheduling of on-duty colleagues • Help with celebrating team members' and customer birthdays, anniversaries, and more • Help with planning and managing the setup and cleanup of all employee parties/events Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Degree • Extensive knowledge of social media strategy and implementation of social media campaigns • Ability to learn new as well as teach others cloud-based software programs including CRM systems, project management systems, Google Suite, all top social media platforms, etc. • Strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload • Creative problem-solving skills • This person must have a Can and Will Do attitude. This person will do anything and everything they need to in order to free up the CEO

Compensation:

• Salary Range is: $55,000-$70,000 based on experience • Paid Time Off (PTO) • 401k • Medical, Dental Benefits • Summer Hours • Sabbatical after 5 years of service • Bonus Potential • Rapid growth potential Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 yearly BOE
