Responsibilities: • Write comprehensive and precise sales reports showing the financial statements for sales promotion, direct sales, and outline of marketing plans • Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demand • Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to your clients • Generate new business while also increasing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations with patrons • Collaborate with sales managers and stakeholders to assess the performance of the organization Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with some experience in a sales management role • Computer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and best practices • Must have a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or hospitality Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 yearly
