Digital Marketing Manager

to join our passionate team. This multifaceted position is fit for a candidate with an extensive background in Digital Marketing looking to work with a worldwide e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury goods, a keen understanding of sales strategies, and a creative flair for digital marketing.*Working hours are 7am-4pm Monday to Friday (This role is fully onsite in Newport Beach. Candidates must be local, and within a commutable distance in order to be considered)*Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and deliver ROI reports for digital ad avenues (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads).Deliver content via Instagram, X (Formerly Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, etc.Write effective creative briefs, product, and campaign decks, press releases, media relations content, corporate newsletter, social media content. Create and execute monthly content calendars for social media ads.Maintain reports on follower growth, content performance, and social media insights.Develop content materials for digital ad avenues, including copy and imagery direction.Identify and capture new audiences through partnerships and targeted content.Develop brand voice on social platforms and create best practices.Nurture social media community through continuous dialogue and engagement.Curate user-generated content and manage online reviews.Market products by assisting in developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.Oversees all marketing materials by collaborating with design team.Maintain company LinkedIn page.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.Proven experience in sales and marketing within luxury goods industry, preferably in fragrance or beauty.Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Marketing or a business-related field.Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, X (Formerly Twitter), TikTok, Google Ads, and Google Retargeting Ads.Proficient in Klaviyo and/or Mailchimp.Self-motivated, customer-focused, and experienced in marketing research and statistical analysis.Demonstrable experience in leading SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media campaigns.Highly creative with a strategic approach to digital campaigns.Familiarity with websites and marketing analytics tools.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Proficient in touch typing and touch 10-key.Good attitude, team player, and ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.*Working hours are 7am-4pm Monday to Friday (This role is fully onsite in Newport Beach.
