Scope of role

The Strategic Marketing Manager - Technology & Digital Solutions is responsible for defining and managing short- and long-term marketing strategies within Regal Rexnord's Perceptiv™ Intelligent Reliability Solutions group. This role will work closely with Perceptiv's Product Management and Sales teams to create commercial growth strategies, perform market analysis and segmentation, execute on effective marketing programs, and launch new offerings to the market. A successful candidate will possess the capability to collaborate with Perceptiv's Senior Leadership Team on 3-5 year growth strategies. This role is responsible for the management of all marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics, including: digital (email, ads, SEM), print, sales enablement, tradeshows, webinars, training, lead generation, industry & application specific marketing, value proposition messaging, and branding. The Strategic Marketing Manager will work closely with Corporate Marketing and 3rd Party Marketing Firms to execute on key strategies. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of growth-oriented marketing strategies, experience with technology enabled solutions and platforms, and possess a strong drive for execution and ownership. Key Responsibilities

Create marketing strategies focused on Perceptiv™ customer (End Users and OEMs) needs and value propositions tailored to key market segments and personas, using a combination of both digital and traditional marketing techniquesLead market analysis, sizing, and segmentation, including identification of emerging trends that impact target industry verticalsEvaluate market opportunities as well as competitive offerings to identify markets and applications where Regal Rexnord's Perceptiv™ technology provides differentiated valueCreate the core Perceptiv™ value proposition messaging and position to win in target marketsGrow brand recognition for Perceptiv™ with the goal of establishing Perceptiv™ as a brand preference through marketing strategies, trade associations, digital marketing, webinars, speaking engagements, and more.Develop new product launch plans with Product Management and Sales teams to drive Sales support, lead generation, market awareness, and customer adoptionEstablish partnerships and collaborative initiatives with strategic 3rd parties for co-marketing and go-to-market programs, including end-user incentives, for mutual growthWork closely with Perceptiv™ leadership team and Corporate Marketing team to establish, monitor and manage marketing KPIsDevelop and implement strategies and tactics to drive significant lead generationManage all assigned marketing projects through use of strong communication, collaboration, project management, ownership, and execution skillsServe as member of Perceptiv™ Leadership Team to develop and execute on long-term strategy for businessWork with Product Management and Sales teams to establish a customer advisory board for VOCCollaborate with Regal Rexnord's Industry Specific Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of marketing and value proposition efforts across all target verticalsManage marketing and enablement of all Distribution and Channel PartnersCollaborate with Regal Rexnord divisions to convey Perceptiv value proposition and grow sales of offeringsBenchmark industry best practices and ensure that Perceptiv™ is adopting leading marketing strategiesSupport evaluation of new markets, offerings and industries, and be a value added leader to develop strategic plans and new growth initiativesPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Engineering preferredMBA or advanced degree preferred10+ years experience in Marketing or Product Management roles5+ years experience creating and managing growth oriented marketing strategiesExperience in industrial manufacturing and reliability marketing is strongly preferredPossess strong business and marketing acumen with an understanding of how to drive awareness, positioning, and adoption in an industrial, distribution focused businessStrong knowledge of digital marketing capabilities, trends, and KPIsTeam player who can lead cross-functional teams and collaboration to accomplish goalsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong sense of ownership and drive for successBias for action with a willingness to gather iterative feedback to hone design conceptsLeads by example, demonstrating the highest standards of integrity, ethical conduct, commitment, and performance within Regal Rexnord.Track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies within a large, complex organizationStrong background in soliciting customer feedback, interpreting results, and strategically implementing changesAbility to think critically and objectively about what is/isn't working and adjust accordinglyAbility to candidly and succinctly voice opinions while managing relationships and team dynamicsAbility to bring new ideas and strategies to bear; not afraid to challenge status quoListens and accepts the views of others without abandoning own positionAnalyze market data and voice of the customer data to anticipate trends; is future orientedAbility to operate well in ambiguity; self-starter with ability to chart own pathAbility to lead cross-functionality with track record of collaborationProven track record of achieving results at various levels throughout the organizationTravel:
