Responsibilities
Engagement and Support- Develop and execute targeted PR strategies to engage with top clubs and lounges organizing New Year events, offering support and securing their involvement with ACMOBOOK's backing.
Showcasing Support- Craft compelling pitches and PR materials showcasing ACMOBOOK's benefits and support for these venues in their New Year event organization.
Relationship Building- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the top-tier venues to secure their commitment to ACMOBOOK's support.
Collaboration and Coordination- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach in offering support and engagement with top clubs and lounges for their New Year events.
Monitoring and Evaluation- Track progress throughout the engagement process, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure successful partnership with top-tier venues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in PR, specifically in offering support and engaging partnerships.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Strong project management abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.- Creativity and strategic thinking to effectively engage and offer support to high-profile venues.
