Job Summary:

The successful applicant will ensure that our patient centered approach to care has been completed from start to finish. This will often include the initial contact with the patients through multiple means of communication. This job requires the ability to operate effectively with little supervision and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages all new patient inquiriesFirst point of contact for all surgical and non-surgical patientsAnswer new surgical patient questions, inform patients of information prior to scheduling an appointmentPre-qualify patients for surgical procedures and treatmentsCollect new patient information and insurance documents for consultationsManage all medical recordsConfirm consultation appointments, ensuring patient profile complete prior to appointmentManage provider appointment scheduleManage LIINECollaborate with other team members of Omni CosmeticBack up to front deskMinimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred

1 year customer service experience in health care office preferred
