As a Director of Field Marketing in the Americas you will develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy for our Life Sciences and Clinical Diagnostic businesses in alignment with our global marketing plans. You will oversee our field marketing teams within the Americas and lead them in gathering insights into regional market dynamics, activating campaigns, enabling sales teams, and nurturing key customer relationships. Working closely with global marketing and senior sales leadership you will ensure the region achieves our market growth and revenue goals.

How You`ll Make An Impact:

Lead and develop your team of Regional Field Marketing managers and Field Marketers to perform marketing activities that maximize marketing qualified leads, opportunity pipelines and marketing contributed revenues with a strong return on marketing investment.Demonstrate effective leadership and foster a culture of responsibility, teamwork, customer centricity and continuous improvement.Be the trusted authority on the Americas Life science and Clinical Diagnostics market, providing insights from voice of customer, competitor analysis and other market factors to guide business decisions.Enhance enterprise marketing capabilities and increase the effectiveness of Bio-Rad`s marketing by participating in cross-functional marketing projects initiated through the Marketing Leadership CouncilWhat You Bring:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or marketing. An advanced degree is preferred.Work Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership in the Life Science or Clinical Diagnostic Markets with a mix of upstream and downstream marketing background. A minimum of 5 years marketing leadership experience.Deep knowledge of the Americas Life Science and Clinical Diagnostic Markets and the ability to communicate insights to a variety of audiences at different levels of seniority throughout the organization.Experience working in a customer facing environment (e.g. sales customer care) and preferably working across multiple geographies in the Americas.The ability to navigate a dynamic organization and lead through change.Strong communication and leadership skills, a flexible approach to problem solving, and an eagerness to collaborate and build a strong network of relationships.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $220,800 to $304,000 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compenstion, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.

*Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated ranges.
