As part of the Patton Logistics family of companies , the Marketing Manager works in lock step with the Marketing Accounts Director to keep Patton Creative Group ahead of the pack in all of its content, advertising, and events for a wide range of clients and industries. This is a blended role the includes hands-on marketing work and project management across creative disciplines.

Requirements

Strategize and envision new marketing campaigns; focusing closely on brand growth and advancement in various marketsManage a diverse portfolio of branding and event projects (budgets, timeline and quality of deliverables)Create, edit, and oversee content including, blogs, videos, podcasts, e-courses, print & web-based mediaCollaborate with a resource pool of writers, designers and content expertsExecute and report on outbound marketing campaignsEvent marketing to support attendance targets and brand representationPlan and execute on client events; work on-site at events when client scope requires itKnowledge / Skills

Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years relevant experienceStrong writing and editing skillsProficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, MailChimp, Squarespace, Wordpress, YouTube Studio, Canva, Facebook AdvertisingCore Competencies

Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsCreative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideasDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time managementAdept at working independently and in a collaborative team settingFlexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing industry

Additional InformationThe Marketing Manager position will require candidate to primarily work from the office, but some work-from-home flexibility is included. PTO is flexible once training is complete and performance expectations are being met. Employee benefits available, including employer-paid health insurance.
