This growing multimedia agency specializing in digital marketing, video production, and branding is helping small, locally owned businesses grow by developing their online footprint. Come join this supportive team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. You will design, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, targeted display, social media, banner ads, and geofencing; you will also manage our vendor doing this same work as part of our team. As campaigns are deployed, you will track the performance metrics and report them to clients. This is a full-time, permanent position based in sunny Jacksonville, FL. Hybrid work schedule may be available once fully trained.
Requirements
Must Haves
At least one year spent building and managing Google Ads, social media, and targeted display accountsAbility to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivateStrong understanding of digital production and marketing strategiesProven background innovating digital campaigns and providing effective service deliveryCapacity to analyze campaign and web metrics and lead conversations about results with clientsAbility to effectively manage our vendors who work as part of the team to deliver campaignsProactive problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and remain functional under deadline-driven pressureExcellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external audiencesBachelor's degreeNice-To-Haves
Up-to-date Google Ads or Analytics certificationsEducation in Marketing or a related fieldBenefits
