The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in executing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to optimize marketing strategies.Coordinate and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and events.Support content creation, including writing, editing, and proofreading marketing materials such as blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and email campaigns.Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments/messages.Assist in the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items.Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing regular reports on key metrics.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.Qualifications:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools (SEO, email marketing, analytics).Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
