Collaborate with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for web and mobile applications.Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma.Design and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual materials.Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance design quality.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Qualifications
Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is requiredProven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of design projects created in Figma.Proficiency in Figma is a must; additional knowledge of other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes with precision.Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
