Bruder Healthcare, a Hilco Vision Company, is seeking a Marketing Brand Manager to join the team! The Marketing Brand Manager will manage existing Bruder brands and launch a new brand. Responsibilities include the marketing campaigns' planning, development, and execution aspects. Experience with creating marketing strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential.

This role will be based at Bruder Healthcare’s office in Alpharetta, GA.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of marketing and brand management experience. Brand launch experience preferred.Proven experience in marketing, ideally in a similar industry.Strong understanding of various marketing channels and strategies, with a focus on digital marketing.Excellent project management, communication, and decision-making skills.Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a results-driven mindset.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and performance metrics.Eye care marketing experience a plus.Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and creative, to ensure marketing initiatives are well-coordinated and aligned with overall company goals.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and meet KPIs.Manage marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve revenue goals.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
