Job Description Summary:We're looking for a designer to assist and guide all phases of packaging design while ensuring all aspects of the project maintain brand standards, budgets and timeline to its moments of production.In this managerial role, you'll leverage your creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive the success of packaging design initiatives and contribute to the overall brand objectives.
Job Description:Provide strategic direction and leadership throughout all phases of packaging design, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market trends.Develop innovative concepts and designs for packaging materials that capture attention and resonate with the target audience.Employ various design elements such as shape, color, graphics, and typography to craft packaging solutions that are both functional and visually appealing.Generate and manipulate graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photographs, to enhance the visual appeal of packaging materials.Qualifications:
7+ years as a professional graphic designerProficiency with design software, such as Adobe Creative SuiteExceptional capability with typography, layout, and prototypingStrong creative vision with an understanding of business objectivesPrior experience as an art director/designer in beauty industryHave a knowledge of pre-production for photographStrong detail-oriented, time management, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Must think outside the box on what type of packaging materials can be used and how to bring a cohesive look and feel to product lines.Design and color sense a mustA portfolio must be submitted for this position.We offer a competitive benefits package!(*Eligibility may vary.)

The anticipated compensation range is69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD AnnualActual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
