Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Strategist develops, implements and manages marketing campaigns that promote eDist's products and services. This role utilizes digital channels to drive website traffic, generate leads, and support eDist's overall marketing strategy. Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers are key aspects of this role. The Digital Marketing Strategist measures site traffic, identifies and evaluates new digital technologies, and optimizes marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and trends, and the ability to translate business goals into successful marketing campaigns. Success in this role demands a high level of attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Overview of Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager to plan and execute digital marketing strategies that boost eDist's brand, engage audiences, and support sales goals.

Lead the design and refinement of client and in-house websites and landing pages, ensuring they are user-friendly, responsive, accessible, and SEO-optimized to drive conversions.

Manage the eDist Marketing Portal by creating and branding custom marketing collateral items for eDist clients.

Create diverse multimedia content (videos, graphics, interactive presentations, infographics, sell sheets) that's on-brand and tailored to our audiences, supporting various marketing channels for a unified digital presence.

Create and deploy custom HTML-based emails and workflow campaigns using HubSpot.

Implement advanced SEO strategies, including keyword research and content optimization, to improve online visibility and continuously enhance performance.

Schedule and oversee the publication of engaging online content across multiple platforms, leveraging AI and analytics to maximize audience reach and engagement while maintaining a consistent content calendar.

Analyze digital marketing campaign performance and overall online presence through analytics tools, tracking KPIs, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights for optimization.

Utilize CRM HubSpot to manage and optimize customer relationships, ensuring data integrity and effective use of customer insights in marketing strategies.

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and technologies to identify and adopt innovative strategies that keep eDist at the leading edge of digital marketing.

Work closely with marketing, sales, vendors, clients, and product teams, offering digital marketing expertise and insights to ensure a cohesive and effective overall marketing strategy.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), WordPress, web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and HubSpot Marketing Hub.

B2B Focus:

Our primary target market is healthcare providers and entities that support the same. We do service other verticals such as legal and other professionals but almost no B2C. Therefore, B2B marketing experience is required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Web Development, or similar relevant business experience.

3+ years of experience in web design and multimedia content creation, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of projects.

Experience in the technology distribution, healthcare, legal, or business technology solutions industries, particularly with speech recognition and dictation software, is a plus.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience implementing SEO strategies in web design and content creation.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively and closely with clients and internal teams.

Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Knowledge of digital marketing trends and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing / CRM and experience using it to enhance marketing efforts.

Experience in paid social posting with LinkedIn and other platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
