Work closely with graphics programmers to build the next cutting-edge real-time graphics and technology for virtual reality and alternate reality.2. Partner closely with engineering and design teams to define and develop content.3. Design, manage and maintain the pipeline from artists and designers through to deployment.4. Optimize content through enhancing performance and instructing the artists and designers on asset creation, modeling and texturing best practices.5. Develop prototype, profile and optimize shaders.6. Assist in other related technical and artistic tasks as needed.**Minimum Qualifications:**Minimum Qualifications:7. Requires a Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Entertainment Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Requires 24 months of experience involving the following:8. 1. Maya, Python, PyMEL, PySide, or PyQt9. 2. Working in game development as a Technical Artist10. 3. Game profiling and optimization techniques11. 4. Working with shaders12. 5. Creating 3D art pipeline tools13. 6. Communicating across team members including engineers and artists14. 7. Making tools and automation for packages including Maya, Houdini, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, ZBrush, Knald, Marmoset, or Photoshop15. 8. Shipping products with stringent runtime performance constraints including complex mobile, 3D applications, or games16. 9. Programming in C++ and C#17. 10. Shader programming based on GLSL, HLSL, and Unity18. 11. Working across lighting methods including PBR, HDR, IBL, pre-baked, and dynamic lighting19. 12. Low-level, real-time graphics pipeline concepts20. 13. Virtual reality including Rift, Vive, Quest, or GearVR21. 14. Real-time game engines including Unity and Unreal and22. 15.
