As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be specializing in the Printing Office Technology Space. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our portfolio of printers, copiers, and software solutions tailored to the unique needs of the printing industry. As a strategic thinker and seasoned marketer, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to maximize the market potential of our products, differentiate our offerings from competitors, and ultimately drive revenue growth. Additionally, you'll have P&L responsibility and will be given a set of KPIs to track and measure the success of your initiatives.

Responsibilities+

Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to end-of-life, including product roadmap development, feature prioritization, and sunset planning.

Go-to-Market Planning: Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches, including pricing strategies, distribution channels, and promotional activities.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies within the printing office technology space. You will be able to do this by collaborating with the Market Intelligence and Research Team.

Gathering Voice of the Field: Engage with partners and customers to gather insights on new features and future product enhancements, ensuring that the portfolio remains competitive and aligned with market demands.

Developing Marketing Strategies: Devise and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the portfolio of printers, copiers, and software solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

+

Product Positioning and Messaging: Define clear positioning and messaging for each product within the portfolio, highlighting unique features and benefits to target customer segments.

+

Collaborative Collateral Development: Partner with the brand team to oversee the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, datasheets, case studies, and presentations to support sales efforts and enhance brand awareness.

Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales tools, training materials, and resources to enable them to effectively communicate product value propositions and overcome objections.

Campaign Management in Partnership: Work closely with the brand and demand generation teams to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, events, tradeshows, and advertising, to drive demand and generate leads.

QualificationsRequired:

+

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

+

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of successfully launching and marketing hardware or software solutions.

+

Experience managing a portfolio of products across multiple segments and geographies.

+

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive revenue growth and market share gains.

+

Previous experience with P&L responsibility and managing a set of KPIs to track marketing performance.

+

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.

+

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively, including excellent PowerPoint skills.

Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, including SCRUM and Agile methodologies.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

+

Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
