About The Role

As a Software Engineer at Seegrid, you will work in a tightly knit development team to create the next generation of warehouse automation robots and control systems. You'll work with customers, product management and other engineers to conceive, design and implement new products and features that support the exciting possibilities for when robots, humans and the unconstrained real world interact.

Responsibilities Include:

Participate in all phases of the development process: planning, construction, and testing

Perform code reviews and provide meaningful feedback to your peers

Demonstrate problem solving & technical innovation

Share knowledge with peers by writing design documents, giving tech talks, documenting code, collaborating on process improvements, etc.

Work closely with product and design teams to deliver great products

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar field of study or equivalent practical experience

Hands-on development experience in modern Javascript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

Experience working with any set of the following: Vue.js, React, Angular, progressive web apps, CSS frameworks (e.g. TailwindCSS), REST web services, API gateways, web sockets, component-based frameworks,

Ability to clearly explain and communicate complex technical topics

Desirable Qualifications:

Collaboration with UX teams on design, modeling and usability problems

Knowledge of OWASP vulnerabilities and how to prevent them

Experience with screens and devices found in an industrial/manufacturing setting
