Summary of the Position:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing campaigns across digital channels including Linked In, YouTube, Facebook, Google and other platforms. This role will have direct responsibility to create and monitor all campaigns and provide comprehensive result reporting to several internal departments and external customers. The role will be tasked to stay current on digital marketing trends leveraging AI solutions to enhance digital marketing efforts, by optimizing campaign content, enhancing customer data and improve marketing performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Campaign setup/creation

Create and run digital campaigns across paid social and video channels for both internal house campaigns and paid campaigns for advertisers

Determine scope of project including content, objectives, and stakeholders

Review all copy, images, and assets for each campaign

Set up and test all assets (forms, tracking UTMs, resize images, etc)

Launch campaigns across all digital channels (Linked In, YouTube, Facebook, Google and other platforms)

Collaborate across departments to obtain necessary collateral for campaign creation including images, copy, target URL's and audiences

Review/build audience criteria based on platform capabilities and/or first party data uploads

Troubleshoot any issues with ads including rejected ads, low performance or negative comments/engagement

Pixel Management which includes ensuring tracking pixels are placed and operational across brand, event and tradeshow sites

Campaign Execution & Reporting

Measure and report performance of all paid social campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Daily monitoring of active campaigns, tracking budget and performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve goals

Build and Report campaign performance in templates and disseminate to stakeholders with the ability to respond to questions and troubleshoot

Identify trends and insights and optimize campaigns (spend, creative, audience) to reach target goals

Other duties

Collaborate on special projects to implement AI tools for ad creation, enhancing audience data, content optimization and SEO improvement

Collaborate on product development of digital marketing campaigns

Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and platform features

Maintain a test-and-learn environment by seeking ways to improve product performance

Monitor social media pages for quality/accuracy of contact and account information

Monitor organic social media posting of posts, images, and engagement as assigned

Work with other internal teams (editorial, audience) as assigned on campaigns and projects

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

2 - 3 years experience in related roles

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience

Working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio), ad serving tools (e.g., Google Ads, Programmatic), and social media ad platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn)

Working knowledge of HTML, copywriting, and graphic design a plus, AI Tools
