Our teams of passionate entrepreneurs, creative thinkers, and change-makers are in our offices in Long Island City, NY (HQ), Northern Virginia, Las Vegas, and London.Position SummaryWe're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive the execution of world-class integrated marketing plans and campaigns and deliver brand impact and growth for Curb. You will report to the Marketing Director and work cross-functionally to create the future of the brand for drivers and riders. This is a unique opportunity to join an exceptional team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for enabling communications, incentives, and paid marketing activities, to deliver reliably great experiences and excellent value for Curb users, drivers, and businesses. You will have the ability to define the strategy and plans to grow our brand through digital channels and partner with cross-functional teams and agencies to execute them with excellence.You must be a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and creative out-of-the-box thinker. You must be detail-oriented and organized but also excited to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. You must be a data-driven decision-maker, someone who can drive marketing decisions based on analytics. Most importantly, you will work closely with business and product leadership to share our vision and tell our story to the industry. And Curb has a major role to play in helping those people get back out there safely.What You'll Be Doing:As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the center of knowledge for Curb's CMS and web analytics toolsDevelop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for rider, driver, and business productsUncover new areas of opportunity and leverage findings to scale our communication channels and platformResponsible for digital projects from beginning to completion - intake site requests, making sure changes, assets, directions, and best practices are implemented.
