Job Summary

The VP of Corporate Marketing is a key member of DigiCert's marketing leadership team, reporting directly to the CMO.

What you will do

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that build, develop, and propagate DigiCert's brand perception in the marketplace. This includes managing all aspects of messaging, branding, PR, AR, website, and creative services projects within the company.

Global Brand Leadership: Define and execute strategies to deliver a differentiated global brand. Ensure consistent stewardship across all communication channels, including events, web properties, media, analyst relations, executive speaking opportunities, thought leadership, partner programs, and employee/community relations.Influencer Engagement: Develop and execute programs to engage with influencers such as the press and analysts to ensure they have a positive and accurate view of DigiCert.Corporate Communications: Oversee AR, PR, and corporate social media globally.Web and Creative: Manage the website and creative services teams globally. Collaborate with the eCommerce team to optimize transactions that go through the site.Performance Measurement: Measure, analyze, and continuously improve the results of marketing activities by tracking key indicators.Team Building & Management: Build, manage, and develop a high-performance team with specialists in each of the major areas.Track product success metrics (usage, retention, revenue, etc.) and iterate on the product and go-to-market plan to grow revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction.What you will have

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in corporate marketing at a B2B software company, possessing exceptional communication skills. You should have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining a corporate message that aligns with the company's brand identity and effectively communicating this through multiple channels. Your ability to manage diverse teams, ranging from PR to web production, is essential.

Experience: 15+ years of experience in enterprise software marketing, with a strong background in security.Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity and experience with modern marketing tools such as SFDC, website frameworks such as Adobe Experience Manager or Drupal, digital marketing, and social branding tools.Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and plans and gain consensus across teams.Team Development & Management: Ability to hire, manage, and develop high-quality talent across PR, AR, web, and creative services.Personal Attributes: Collaborative style with high energy, enthusiasm, and initiative.Nice to have

Understanding of PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) and IAM is a big plus.Benefits
