ABOUT THE POSITION

Linxup is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to manage all facets of Linxup’s trade show program and contribute to other marketing teams as needed. The ideal candidate is an early career marketing professional with excellent organizational and communication skills and a desire to learn about all facets of marketing. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – RESPONSIBILITIES:

Trade Show Responsibilities:

Lead in the documentation and coordination of a yearly trade show planCoordinate trade show activities for as many as 30 events per year, such as: securing booth space, services, and materials at the show - including sample and literature requests, artwork needs, hotel accommodations, lead retrieval and booth layoutCoordinate display materials and maintain digital library; coordinating offsite storage and shipments with multiple Flexco locations and Exhibit HouseCoordinate with sales leaders to ensure all trade shows are appropriately staffedReport monthly on trade show success metricsCoordinate with Marketing Operations to ensure all trade show leads are processed and delivered to salesWork with internal and external vendors to maintain and upgrade display materials as neededAttend trade shows as needed. Assist with setup and teardown, greet visitors, and follow up on requestsVisit competitor booths to generate ideas and share them with the teamMonitor and maintain inventory levels of promotional items and follow up on reordering additional items as needed. Research and recommend additions to program as directedCoordinate other events as assignedOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration2-5 years of marketing experience, trade show experience preferredExcellent planning, scheduling, and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with employees and vendors at all levelsExcellent written and oral communication, as well as listening skills requiredAbility to work effectively under pressure, adhere to deadlines, deliver high-quality results, and manage multiple prioritiesContinually obtains basic knowledge of Linxup products and applies knowledge to job requestsInterest in learning about and contributing to other facets of marketing, as needed, including but not limited to content creation, social media, brand, and demand generationProficiency with Google Suite preferred and Microsoft OfficeWORK ENVIRONMENT
