Commercial Lines Regional Marketing Manager

Our client, an A-rated Insurance Carrier, is expanding and currently seeking a Property and Casualty Regional Marketing Manager to join their Florida operations. This person will be responsible for the promotion and strategic sales initiatives of Commercial Property and Casualty insurance products within a designated Florida region. This role focuses on developing effective marketing strategies and enhancing agency relationships to drive business growth and retention.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for commercial property and casualty products tailored to the regional market.Act as the principal contact for agency partners, fostering strong relationships that promote business growth and client satisfaction.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives and sales targets.Oversee the management of account pricing, renewals, and new business acquisition to maximize profitability and market share.Qualifications:

4-7+ years of experience in marketing and underwriting commercial multi-line property and casualty insurance products.Deep understanding of the property and casualty market.Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate market conditions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.Salary/Benefits:
