Position Purpose:

Engaging Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly professional, results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive. The Executive, who reports to the Chief Executive Officer, provides the overall direction and supervision over all aspects of the department, and ensures that activities are completed consistent with company goals, objectives, and directives.

Competencies/Duties:

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of a sales growth plan. The primary function of the Sales & Marketing Executive is to identify and pursue the best possible opportunities for revenue growth. The Executive will lead the efforts in determining the most effective way to grow the business. The Sales and Marketing Executive must be able to pursue these opportunities and direct other team members in these efforts.

:

Plans, organizes, and directs staff within the department to achieve common goalsProvides leadership and strategic direction to ensure profitable growthResearch the market, understand customer requirements and analyze trends.Establish partnerships to increase sales and collaborate with media platforms.Analyze and respond to competitors' strategies and changes in the industry.Prepare reports and presentations to update management with sales progress.Maximize value from referral networks and business connections.Develops and presents public education materialsDevelops strategies and executes sales plans to achieve client growth and financial goals.Identifies new marketing opportunitiesCollaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategiesPerform detailed analyses of solicitation documents (e.g., RFP, RFQ, SOW), and work with the team to build the outline for the proposal response and communicate the results.Create compliant and compelling original proposal content for technical responses to highly complex, large, and/or high-profile solicitations.Other duties as assignedEducation, Work Experience, Licensure

:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales or related field required; Masters degree preferred.Minimum of five to seven years of professional/leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.Thorough understanding of marketing developments and sales developments.Excellent sales and customer service with proven negotiation skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent multitasking and time management skills.Ability to build strong working relationships within and across departmentsExcellent written and oral communication skills required; must have a clear and open communication styleSuccessfully pass a criminal background investigation and pre-employment medical/drug screeningSupervisory Responsibilities

:

This position has supervisory responsibilities over all members of the Sales & Marketing Department (other departments as assigned).

Environment/Physical Demands

:

Headquarters office environment, with flexibility to work remote (hybrid)Some lifting required - 25 lbs.Expected travel (may vary).
