We are seeking a talented and motivated Designer Sales Specialist to join our team at YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd. As a Designer Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our interior design services to clients. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design industryProven track record of achieving sales targetsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent negotiation and closing skillsPassionate about interior design and knowledgeable about design trendsAbility to understand client requirements and provide suitable design solutionsGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in using design software and toolsDegree in Interior Design or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
Promote and sell our interior design services to potential clientsUnderstand client requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs and preferencesCollaborate with the design team to develop innovative and creative design conceptsMaintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat businessStay updated with the latest design trends and provide recommendations to clientsProvide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the design processPrepare and present design proposals to clients, including cost estimatesNegotiate pricing and close sales dealsCollaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of design projectsMeet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
