Job Title: Architectural Design Manager (3 openings)About the Project:+ Los Angeles World Airport (LAWA) at LAX:+ Overseeing General Contractors and Sub-Contractors for LAX’s on-going CIP (Capital Improvement Projects):+ Terminal Program+ Wayfinding Improvement ProgramJob Description:+ Experience in managing the design of large, complex building projects, utilities and infrastructure improvements.+ Design management of complex aviation improvements experience required.+ Experienced managing a team of design professionals.+ Manages a Team of team of architects, engineers, and other professionals to guide the design, permitting, and construction-procurement of various airport capital improvement projectsMust Have Skills:+ 15 years managing the design project teams+ BS in related technical fields (Architecture) & Registered Architect preferred+ Project Preference: Airport/Aviation CIP (Capital Improvement Projects) – Back-up Projects: Healthcare (OSHPD or HCAI), Education (DSA) and Federal+ Program Budget near $1-billion contract value+ Experience managing a team of architectural designers and MEP engineering professionals+ Experience with permitting and construction-procurementNice-to-Have Additional Experience:+ Certifications may include: AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc.+ Relevant Master's DegreeBenefits and Perks:+ Los Angeles World Airport (LAWA)’s latest Program, which represents nearly $1 billion in contracting value.
