Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations. Preferred locations are: Cincinnati, OH; Louisville, KY; Indianapolis, IN; Mendota Heights, MN
The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies in two or more functional marketing areas (marketing communications, marketing events, product marketing, or marketing research).
How you will make an impact:
Formulates short and long term marketing strategies to grow profitable membership
Ensures the marketing strategy aligns with the enterprise-wide strategy
Builds market-specific, product-marketing plans
Serves as a single point of contact for all digital online strategies and implementation.
Responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting website and digital performance metrics.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Marketo and/or Salesforce experience preferred.
Experience coordinating marketing agencies, media planning, and placement.
