Oversee end-to-end planning for major events like Client Forum and Advisory Council, ensuring every detail is flawless.Logistics Management:

Handle all aspects of event logistics including budgeting, vendor contracts, and onsite support.Customer Engagement:

Elevate the attendee experience through innovative approaches and latest technologies.Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align on objectives and deliverables.Post-Event Analysis:

Conduct thorough analyses to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:Assist with Client Forum from budgeting to CEU credits and speaker management.Execute the Advisory Council, fostering an open environment for feedback.Manage logistics for trade shows, including marketing deliverables and post-show metrics.Lead the Doyle Award process from application to the award ceremony.Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and ROI.Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.

Qualifications:4-year degree in marketing, communications, or business (or equivalent experience).4+ years in event management (preferred) or project management.Project management certification (strongly preferred).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Wrike preferred).Familiarity with event technology platforms and Salesforce.com (preferred).Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote team environment.Willingness to travel 4-6 times annually.

Pay Range:

$78,500- $109,800Other compensation:
