**Job Description:**Build, design and analyze data sets to drive proactive and reactive retention and growth strategies for products and services within the AT&T Business portfolio.Key Roles and Responsibilities:+ Responsible for the success of a product or group of products through development and execution of comprehensive marketing plan.+ Conducts multi-year planning to determine product life-cycle decisions, ensure consistency with overall marketing and corporate strategy, and achieve product performance, revenue, market share, and profitability objectives.+ Identifies, monitors and analyzes internal (e.g. financials, revenue, cost, sales, disconnects) and external (e.g., technology, market share, competitive) performance parameters to identify trends and provide proactive solutions.+ Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data and work with management to prioritize business and information needs.+ Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting.+ Provides continuing product surveillance and management of established product to attain financial objectives.+ Accountable for revenue attainment and profitability tied to programs intended to drive results.+ Leads cross functional teams in presentation and resolution of deliverables as needed.+ Provides readout to leadership level regarding products and plans as assigned.+ Considered an expert within the discipline.Education: Typically requires a bachelors degree.Experience: Typically requires 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility.Supervisory: NoOur Lead Product Marketing, earn between $143,800.00 - $215,800.00.
