Let's create something incredible together!At Anaplan, we are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our Americas Field Marketing team. This role reports into the Director of Field Marketing and is responsible for driving several strategic marketing programs across North America for the manufacturing vertical. You will help plan and execute programs and work across the field marketing and industry teams and cross-functionally with sales, partner and customer leadership to ensure visibility and communication to the Americas financial and business services teams. If you want to help drive pipeline, accelerate account growth and work with a team, this role is for you. You must be ready to roll-up your sleeves on execution, lean into analytics and be a team player and builder.What You'll Be Doing:Help strategize, calendar, and execute on manufacturing tactics and programs aligned with the pipeline targets of the sales/customer team in the US. Can include webinars, events, roadshows, digital, outbound campaigns and more.Work cross-functionally and across all LOB's to execute and manage activities, including logistics, budgeting, content development, scheduling, creative themes, partner marketing, and social media strategiesManage multiple projects and programs simultaneously, under the direction of the Director of Field Marketing, ensuring clear and proactive communication to meet deadlines and stay within budget.Manage lead acquisition, processing, nurturing and follow-up to ensure that leads from field marketing activities are properly managed.Work with strategic partners aligned to financial and business services and co-create demand generation and acceleration programs.

What Experience You'll Need:3+ years of field marketing experience in B2B / SaaS technology markets with progressive growth and demonstrable experience in implementing successful field marketing plans.Strong project management skills, creative thinking and analytical abilityThe ability to execute field events and programs from start to finishExcel at team collaborationComfortable with accountability for clear, quantified performance targetsMotivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving businessAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with high attention to detailStrong team-player and self-starter who can initiate and drive activities to successful conclusion while maintaining strong cross-functional working relationshipsIndependence and initiative in high profile situations with strong project management, organization and time management skills
