This Partner Marketing Advisor will help drive and support strategic marketing planning and execution supporting the growth of Tech for Social Impact's (TSI) Managed Partner business. This role is responsible for leading integrated marketing planning and execution to drive tocustomer/thru-partner and to-partner demand of TSI's Managed Partner ecosystem. As the digital maturity of the nonprofit industry increases these partnerships will only be more critical and central to our growth and innovation strategy. Exceptional project management skills with a hands-on approach to execution and risk management and Expertise in partner engagement, fostering partner experiences, and linking these experiences to business success are important for success in this role.

Key overall activities and responsibilties include:• Global Integrated Marketing Planning and Execution: Support strategic planning for the Managed Partners business, specifically by driving and contributing to integrated marketing plans designed to drive to-customer / thru-partner and to-partner demand for events and offers in Tier 1 markets: US, UK, CA, AU, DE, NL, FR. Manage execution of demand gen activities across email, web, GEP, social, third-party partnerships and thru-partner marketing. Support partner success in developing and landing thru-partner campaigns. Collaborate with stakeholders, agencies, and partners to drive quality standards that set our marketing apart from competitors.

o Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple GTM activities and campaigns according to Partner Business Plans.

o Maintain a consistent Rhythm of Business (ROB) to drive partner-led GTM activities, track leads, and manage GTM funding.

o Collaborate with managed partners, Partner Development Managers (PDMs), and TSI Marketing to create customer evidence and story collateral and Manage the case study budget.• Editorial Calendar: The marketing manager will contribute to and orchestrate TSI's Managed Partner editorial calendar across segments by aligning activity across marketing, sales and partner teams. The goal of the editorial calendar is two-fold: 1) Optimize the customer journey by understanding touchpoints, cadence and swarming customer clusters with targeted and consistent messaging and 2) Increase impact by coordinating Managed Partner activities (events and offers) by solution play in priority markets. The marketing manager will be responsible for scheduling partner events and demand gen activities, with a customer centric lens to ensure we're touching our customers with the right message at the right time.

o Managed Partners Request Intake Management: Collaborate with the Managed Partners team on the GTM calendar and request intake process to ensure that Managed Partners provide all the required inputs for the marketing team to execute demand generation successfully. This includes reviewing Managed Partner provided inputs: contact information, workload / solution play, target audience, market(s), event details (title, description, URL, date/time and demand generation materials (HTML email, crea8ve assets and social posts for amplification).

o Partner and Field Coordination & Collaborate with TSI GDC and TSI PDMs and Sales teams to integrate to-partner and through-partner events. & Clarify execution details such as budgeting, coordination, and lead management.• Marketing Excellence, Reporting & Feedback Loop: The marketing manager will provide expertise and leadership in the management of internal stakeholder relationships connecting sales and marketing to successfully execute marketing campaigns that drive impact to the business while representing the best interests of our nonprofit customers. Summarize and deliver marketing reporting (e.g. email open rates, click through rates), including KPIs, insights and start, stop and continue recommendations. Collaborate with the Account Team Units (ATU) Sales Teams Units (STU) and Partner Development Managers (PDMs) to understand business impact of marketing activities on partner sales and facilitate feedback loop to continuously improve execution and inform future investments and planning.• Training and Resource Development

o Develop training and resource playbooks for partner marketing processes and procedures.

o Align partner marketing functions with operational best practices. & Contribute to the creation and maintenance of GTM benefits playbooks to aid partners and field roles in navigating and utilizing available benefits• Budget and capacity planning

o Create and manage the budget and capacity plan for the regional partner marketing operations team.

o Ensure service delivery within capacity, address stakeholder concerns, and identify opportunities for high-impact, scalable services aligned with marketing priorities.

Qualifications Required:• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 6+ years of relevant experience.• Proven capability in creating and implementing successful processes and procedures.• Experience managing large, complex projects and driving efficiencies in partner marketing workstreams.• Demonstrated expertise in operations, marketing strategy development, and program management.• Understanding of clients go-to-market strategies is preferred.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $61.03 to $67.81 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
