POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Programs and Events Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of marketing programs and events designed to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, creativity, and a passion for delivering impactful marketing experiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Management:

Develop and implement marketing programs that align with the company’s strategic goals.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.Track and report on program performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Event Planning and Execution:

Plan, organize, and execute company events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, product launches, and corporate meetings.Manage event logistics such as venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, and scheduling.Develop event marketing materials, including invitations, promotional content, and follow-up communications.Budget Management:

Develop and manage budgets for marketing programs and events, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.Monitor expenditures and provide regular financial reports to senior management.Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing programs and events align with sales objectives.Collaborate with the product marketing team to understand product features and benefits to effectively promote during events and programs.Liaise with external vendors and partners to deliver high-quality events and marketing materials.Marketing Communications:

Create compelling content for event promotions, including email campaigns, social media posts, and website updates.Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing programs and events.Performance Analysis:

Analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and events through metrics and feedback.Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize future marketing strategies.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field.Deep experience in program management and event planning/execution.Experience in digital marketing and social media management.Familiarity with the industry or market in which the company operates.WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Office environment with travel required for events.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for event management.
