Who You Are

As an experienced and visionary Director of Marketing, you will lead ClearStar's marketing strategy and initiatives through a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of client behavior and market trends.

You engage and educate clients about ClearStar and our solutions through effective storytelling. Additionally, you champion the development and execution of growth strategies to elevate brand awareness, enhance brand equity, drive client engagement and action.

Holding a pivotal role in bridging the gap between sales strategy and execution, you will focus on creating a unified marketing strategy and empowering our sales teams to sell more effectively by developing digital and social assets and implementing processes, tools, and programs to enhance sales productivity and client engagement.

This role reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and leads the Marketing team.

What You Bring to the Role

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field and/or equivalent of 7+ years marketing experience in sales enablement, SaaS, or B2B, industry experience strongly desiredLead, inspire, and mentor the Marketing team by providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration with other teams and stakeholders to ensure high productivity and motivationAct as the lead analyst for marketing performance, establishing clear goals for digital channels that align with broader business objectives. Ability to analyze market trends, client behavior, and campaign results to make informed decisions and regularly report insights and results to senior management and stakeholders.Innovative thinking to develop unique marketing strategies and solve problems creatively.A talent for development of content strategy and creation across a variety of channels and mediums, including digital, social media, email, print, and moreCreation of innovative marketing strategies for sales enablement content, including sales decks, playbooks, case studies, and product collateral, as well as manage a cohesive sales enablement roadmap aligned with business goals.Strong execution of marketing campaign management through various channels, including defining goals, appropriate media selection, budgeting and measuring ROI.

What You Will Get

The salary range for the Director of Marketing role is commensurate with a mid-career professional. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for excellent benefits which includes paid healthcare and life insurance premiums, low-cost dental and vision insurance, employee assistance program, 401K matching up to 4%, quarterly and annual bonuses, flexible time off, 8 company paid holidays, and 2 additional days of paid time off for volunteer activities.
