Job Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Cincinnati Troon/Indigo Sports Management Team with development and scheduling of all marketing efforts and coordinate with the Virginia Support Office’s (VSO) Marketing team to execute final marketing plan.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the WRIKE marketing platformCompile and upload all marketing campaign details, artwork, and timelines
Request online rate changes the golf management team would like to makeSeasonal requestsTargeted offerings as needed
Conduct regular website audit and request updates or removal of dated materialsMonthly
Work with the F&B managers to develop menus and collateral promoting specialsCollaborate with Director of Sales to design / update outing and banquet collateralDevelop marketing collateral to promote Pro Shop merchandise and Demo DaysCoordinate with the VSO Design Team on special design requestsEnsure that the CRC social media vehicles have fresh content posted regularly2-5 posts per week based on season/schedule of events
Work with local printers to develop signage and business collateralAttend any special event where additional support may be needed2-3 times per year
Assist with APP pushed content and special news contentRespond to online reviews or inform management of negative reviews that need attentionMonitor daily via online review tool
