Here are some of the responsibilities of an Assistant Studio Manager:
Work collaboratively with Studio Manager and Sales team to improve the studio's overall effectiveness and efficiencyMaintain a safe and clean studioPersonalized monthly member check-ins by phone or emailEnsure all new members are properly onboardedDrive member participation in studio events/challengesGenerate member referralsProactively deliver exceptional customer serviceEnsure all technology is working throughout every experienceAssist with the hiring, onboarding and training of all studio staffSign up new members through the new guest processMeet revenue and new join quotasAll other duties as assignedWhat we look (requirements) for in an Assistant Studio Manager:
Bachelor's degree preferredFunctional computer skillsLove helping clients achieve goals and possess excellent customer service skillsAre interested in further development of your professional skills sets- sales, marketing, lead generation, social media, building and retaining clients, growing a businessCan (truly) multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentPractice positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrate the desire to lead employees and motivate teamsHave the flexibility to work "retail" hours- days, nights and weekends, as neededCan commit to participating in 2 OTF workouts per week and attend all relevant OTF training programsCompany Benefits & Perks: Benefits are very important to us. About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.

When we help our members to put in the work at our studios, they will experience benefits in their day-to-day. This workout actually changes your body at the cellular level and has been known to help members through disease, chronic illness, depression, and even heartbreak and the loss of loved ones.
