The Opportunity:

As Marketing Manager within Brand Marketing, you will run brand-funded investment strategies for our Retail Media network that drive retailer preference for the category. The Manager is responsible for developing retail media knowledge to better advise brands on their end-to-end execution of

brand-funded media campaigns . This role reports to the VP of Brand Marketing and will be responsible for supporting brands who heavily invest in Sephora's co-op initiatives.

The key function of the brand marketing team is to work with brands to develop impactful brand and product launch strategies leveraging retail tactics. In the day-to-day role of supporting the team, the Manager will support upwards of 20+ campaigns a month to ensure flawless execution. The Brand Investment Manager will be responsible for monthly financial reconciliation of co-op and performance reporting; and, will share operational efficiencies of meeting brand needs related to their co-op investment. The role will encompass:

Co-op ManagementIndividual contributor supporting select brands across two categories on all brand-funded campaigns within Sephora's Retail Media NetworkBuild and optimize end-to-end process to support the growing demands of brandsUtilize data to make recommendations to deliver win-wins for both the brands and SephoraBuild relationships with key brand partners to maximize their retail investmentBuild reciprocal partnerships cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization: brands, retail media network team, analytics and financeEmploy a strategic approach to process; organize and divvy up work effectivelyBrand ManagementPartner with key brands on their onsite investment initiativesComfortable speaking to and advising brands on key media investment strategiesProject ManagementMonthly financial reconciliation to ensure all funds are being accurately tracked and collectedManage timeline for active campaigns to ensure timely delivery of brief, creative and co-opProvide status updates on active campaigns to key team leadsProvide month-end co-op updates to the VPWork with the RMN team to advise on process needs and optimizationQualificationsMinimum of 3-5 years experience in agency or media required; account management experience preferredExperience selling media packagesCreative self-starter; ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentProven ability to lead, build relationships, and work effectively in a cross-functional team environmentExceptional project management experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative #LI-SR1 #LI-HybridThe annual base salary range for this position is $93,840.00 - $124,830.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
