Overview

The Marketing Manager for Kodiak Building Partners will support the marketing functions of our Operating Company businesses and Kodiak on a daily basis by supporting or executing content development, social media activities, and marketing strategies and tactics to incrementally grow sales.

Kodiak Building Partners: a $3 billion annual revenue company serving general contractors, homebuilders, sub-contractors, remodelers, and consumers through its facilities across the United States with a diverse array of products from four segments: Lumber and Building Materials, Interior Specialty Products, Construction Supplies and Commercial Drywall products.

Job Duties:

Required tasks to fulfill primary responsibility:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segmentsLead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaborationAnalyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategiesCreate, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tacticsPartner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tacticsDevelop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assetsManage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales supportGather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leadsIdentify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordinglyPresent ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgetsCollaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, videos, social media posts, collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materialsDevelop creative and engaging promotional, short-form video to promote our brands through different social media platforms and the website.Edit and optimize graphics and video content for social media platformsAssist with video projects from concept to delivery (storyboard, design, animation, feedback, QA, and production).Develops graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for the web, social, internal communications and other digital platforms that is on-brand, reinforces our values and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiencesCreate infographics and presentation materials to simplify communication of complex concepts and dataDevelop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assetsManage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management systemUpdate and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and videoCHARACTERISTICS

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a marketing associate, marketing assistant or related positionProven experience developing marketing plans and campaignsStrong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsMetrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativityExperience with marketing automation and CRM toolsProficiency with online marketing and social media strategy and executionCanva experience preferredAdobe Illustrator experience a plusAdobe Premiere Pro experience a plusHYBRID SCHEDULE

In office Monday - Thursday, work from home on Friday

SALARY RANGE:

$58,000 - $72,000
