Job DescriptionPosition Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Front End Developer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences within a SaaS-based enterprise application. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams alongside developers and UX designers. The Front End Developer is responsible for presenting Andor's products in an attractive and user-friendly manner, creating interactive programs that enhance the customer's experience. The ideal candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of coding and be able to effectively convey the Andor brand through the product interface. Additionally, the candidate should possess the ability to understand business problems and devise effective solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
Determine the structure and design of the React application.Ensuring user experience determines design choicesDevelop features to enhance the user experience within the application.Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.Ensure web design is optimized for various devices, including smartphones, tablets and TVs.Build reusable code for future use within the application.Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.Maintaining brand consistency throughout the designUnderstand business problems and develop effective solutions within the application.Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities.Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve user interfaces.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and the application.Basic Qualifications:• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design for enterprise applications.• Proficient in React (5+ years experience), HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript.• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently• Professional written and interpersonal skills• Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy and technology
Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in a fast-paced software environment with the ability to meet aggressive timelines.• Experience designing web and mobile solutions for enterprise platforms• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority• High energy level, enthusiasm, and eagerness to do what is necessary to be successful.• Highly creative and inquisitive; able to multitask effectively• Strong verbal and written communication skills
