Job Description

CONTEXT

You will be part of Hermès Parfums Americas team, based in Miami, reporting to the Marketing Director and collaborating with the entire team.

Miami office subsidiary markets are the US, South and Central Americas Travel Retail, the US, South and Central Americas Local markets and Caribbean.

In this context, your mission will be to support the marketing department in all marketing activities in the development and the implementation of short and long-term marketing strategies and animations in Travel Retail Americas as well as the South and Central Americas Local Markets and Caribbean.

GENERAL MISSIONDevelopment of the Strategy of the Marketing Plan for the region along with the Marketing DirectorExecution of the marketing plan in partnership with local distributors, retailers and Hermès Stores managersMonitor, measure, and report the launches and animations effectiveness trough 360 reports created for each marketImplementation of the Visual Merchandising strategy in the entire regionConstruction of the annual forecast for novelties and launches along with the Marketing Director, the commercial and operations teams.VISUAL MERCHANDISING:

Provide our countries with all merchandising information available to ensure proper merchandising in each POSInsure the perfect execution of the in-store Visual Merchandising strategy in the region (visuals, collaterals, planograms)Constant follow up and update of the regional visual databaseIn charge of the creation of generic planograms and custom-made planogramsLocal development of merchandising tools when needed.TRADE MARKETING (IN STORE AND DIGITAL)

Implementation/activation of the marketing trade plan in the region (LM, TR)Follow up of the marketing trade plan per distributor and following the global budgetCreative briefing to our vendors according to our merchandising guidelinesFollow up and contact with our vendors in the regionRegular reports on our trade activations, with quantitative and qualitative results.MARKETING BUDGET

Preparation of the Marketing annual budgetBudget follow up for all marketing activations and visual implementation in the regionEntering and monitoring marketing expenses in our internal My Eeasy Order tool.MARKETING PRESENTATIONS

Assist in the preparation of materials and presentation of large meetings.EVENTS

Organization of PR events and launch presentations to the press and influencers in major countriesOrganization of special regional events and meetings (Beauty Advisers Seminar, Regional Meeting and Team Buildings).QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's in Business or marketing, MBA is a plus3 - 5 years' experience working in a marketing role in luxury, Perfumes and Cosmetics Industry. With a demonstrable understanding of the retail landscape in the Americas and ability to deliver core marketing services.Curious, Analytical, Multi-task, team player.Understanding of the luxury industry, high-net-worth consumers of luxury goods.Strong organizational skills, with experience delivering work within deadlines and agreed budgets.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to develop strong working relationships with the local team, our clients and our remote based colleagues.Strong professional interest in social media and other digital communications.Fluent English and Spanish required; French is a plus.
