Job Description

This Graphic Designer position will focus on the RevZilla brand, and you will report to our Art Director, but will collaborate alongside the larger creative team from concept through execution.

The world of eComm and digital marketing moves quickly, so communication, collaboration, and speed are essential. While interest and experience with motorcycles is a huge plus, all talented designers are encouraged to apply (we'd be more than happy to show you around the motorcycle industry). It's most important that you have a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to apply them; that you are positive, goal-oriented, work swiftly with attention to detail, and above all else... a lifelong learner - passionate, curious, and enthusiastic.

Our Next Graphic Designer Will:Design and deliver compelling visual solutions across various media, including web/digital assets for our e-commerce website, social media, email marketing, print, catalog, and promotional materials.Develop creative and effective design solutions for marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the Art Director.Plan and organize your workload to meet all deadlines, be proactive with your tasks, and set clear exceptions for yourself.Manage multiple projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, specifications, and quality standards.Maintain consistency across all platforms by working with appropriate cross-functional team members.Contribute to critiques honestly and directly while remaining open to others' criticism and direction.Stay curious about what makes for excellent design communications and best practices in the current design landscape.Make informed design decisions based on current design trends and motorcycle market/industry trends.Qualifications

Our next Graphic Designer has:

3-4 years of professional or equivalent education in Graphic Design or a related design discipline.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. After Effects knowledge or experience is a plus.Excellent attention to detail, even when working under pressure.Ability to multitask, remain organized and communicate effectively.Communicate well, both written and verbally; deliver ideas and decisions professionally.Ability to explain the rationale behind your design decisions to creative and non-creative audiences.Experience working on a design team.Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and information hierarchy and concept development.Take direction and constructive critiques well while also working autonomously and providing self-direction when needed.Impeccable organizational skills; from filenames to layered files, you make it easy for others on the team to navigate and review your work, or jump in at any time.Experience creating GIF animations and/or motion graphics for social and email marketing.
