Job Description

This role will report in person to our Knoxville, TN office.

The purpose of this job is to support Internal Brand Marketing and assist in the development and execution of brand marketing strategies across integrated channels.

Essential Functions

Support the internal brand marketing team with delivering brand marketing programs on time and on budget

Assist supervisor with the management of agency partners by actively participating in agency meetings and providing feedback

Develop project briefs, lead projects and provide feedback to ensure output supports brand strategy

Collaborate on the creative process including copywriting and design

Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to execute brand campaigns and drive overall brand strategy

Monitor, evaluate and report campaign performance; actively look for improvement opportunities

Monitor, evaluate and report on marketing programs of key industry competitors and build insights-driven marketing programs

Maintain competitive analysis on team member engagement campaigns

Participate in presentations to senior leadership

Assist supervisor with the management of company events, photoshoots, video shoots and other content production as needed

Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level

Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing or a related field required

· Minimum three years’ marketing or similar experience

Specialized Knowledge

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills

· Understanding of content trends preferred within brand marketing and social media
