Main responsibilities:Develop and manage product roadmaps for user experiences of advertisers and internal ad delivery team, aligned to strategic goals and technical needs.Partner with our ad sales team, client success and engineering to produce the functional and UX requirements for advertiser interfaces.Analyze industry trends and industry standards, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities in advertising technology and retail media, driven by front-end user experiences.Establish metrics to track the impact of user experience improvements on revenue and growth targets.Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, gaining alignment and buy-in.Navigate and solve problems within a complex matrix environment.What we are searching for:Equal obsession for customer challenges and engineering complexities.Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, leading ad-supported media experiences within the tech, retail, entertainment, or social media industries.5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on AdTech and digital media.Expert understanding of advertising user experiences product analytics, self-serve platforms, automation of ad delivery and user-centered design.Experience building and launching complex B2B ad platforms at scale and providing product direction to meet customer needs.Proven ability to develop vision, strategies, and foster collaborative relationships within complex, matrixed organizations.Familiarity with machine learning, predictive analytics and optimization is a plus.Analytical and wired to consume large amounts of data and insights.Passionate technologist with a brilliant growth hacker mindset and business acumen.Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
